I am the current tenant here have lived here since July of last year .... Have no issues and I do work for the hotel. I would recommend to friends and family. The owner has known my family since grade school .... While ever place you live has people come and go, over all this is a great place ...... I am still living here and enjoy the place .... Very clean nice rooms for $50 a night - if they like you and youre a repeat guest. Guy who works the desk and maintenance is really nice. Best hotel on the strip BY FAR.

Found this little family owned gem in 1988 when I came up to work THE STATE FAIR in Wisconsin. Gave me and my salesman great weekly rates.. Stayed every year until I retired in 2003. I watched their two children grow up and now one of them is running the place.. They treat ya right.. Thankyou Zoran & family... Chef Jeff & Company
Very nice place close almost on Rayn rd eere all businesses at the middle of Franklin and Oakcreek. Rooms are big and comfy.. owners are very friendly and welcoming. Close to shopping, gas stations. Very convenient prices and get weekly and biweekly deals. Upstairs rooms are nicer.

A good place to stay wether it just be for one night one weekend one week or one month. Low rates, HBO, and phone in every room. Single or double beds available. Flatscreen TV, fridge, shower included. I would definitely reccomend staff is nice and cleaning crew can come by every day if you like so. Bar soap, toilet paper, and towels included with stay.
I just would like to take the time to type a review for those people who actually read them! Due to my unfortunate circumstances that has led me to stay here longer than a couple days, this motel is decent! Now, I have been staying here for a couple days only so far and it is honestly quiet around here and the rooms are bigger than I thought they would be. Very spacious, comes with microwave, refrigerator, TV (cable), WiFi, basically your basic needs. Obviously, every bodies stay is going to be different some negative and some positive. Based on a situation like mine (a lot of people in the same boat as me) or similar you pay $50 a night. Somebody struggling and trying to survive and find the cheapest motel this one is definitely the one on the strip (27th street) I suggest to come to and stay at! I have stayed at quite a few motels on the strip (the embassy -also suggest, whispering pines inn- lived there for 5 months and the room is decent but don't care for the owner or his uncle who barely speaks English. Bathroom had issues and had bed bugs! Gross! The plaza- too small of a room, the skyway motel- rooms are decent sized but no microwave or refrigerator. The owner is a crabby old man so not very good customer service. Dolly vista- nice room w refrigerator but no microwave and you have to check out everyday so they can clean before you can come back. (Wouldn't allow me to come back and stay because I had "some" crumbs on the floor. Ridiculous right? What are maids for? Econo Lodge on 13th and college was also pretty nice to stay rooms are big they had refrigerator and microwave also breakfast was served in the mornings with coffee 24 hours a day. Some of the staff were not friendly and they were judgemental as hell. Thank you for reading my review! The American Motel is very nice! :-)
I like this motel. Convenient and owners a small family business very attentive to my needs. Respect my privacy. Very reasonable rates for long term stays.
